The corporate registry is available on the
Entities tab. Only entities allowed by the logged in user’s permissions are displayed in the registry. Admin users can change permissions for users in
Settings > Users & Groups > Users.
The Requirements feature of Lextree is your general purpose helper. A “requirement” is any legal obligation or filing you want to track. Lextree prioritizes Annual Reports or Annual Statements, but those are not the only kind of requirement you can track in Lextree.
Tracking equity owners in Lextree is both flexible and simple. You only need to add direct parents and direct subsidiaries on the
Ownership tab of an entity. Lextree will automatically find additional relationships to build out the org chart.
Lextree helps you keep track of officers and directors. Simply navigate to the
People tab for an entity. Why isn’t this tab called
Officers and Directors? The reason is that Lextree lets you track other people such as accountants, auditors, lawyers, and consultants.
On the main menu bar is the
View tab. The
View tab gives you access to data and functions outside the context of a single entity. It aggregates data across all entities to which the logged in user has access.
