To assign responsibility for draft the Plan of Correction, select the assign link for the Deficiency you want to assign. Lextree will allow you to assign the POC as a task to another user.

Click in the field to see a list of available names. Select the name of the responsible person. This will assign the POC as a task to that person.

Enter the date the POC draft is due.
