Add & Update People
Entity Management


Lextree allows you to assign people (or organizations) to different entities and serve in various capacities. You can update information about each person centrally.

Editor users may create new or edit existing director, officer, and other contact records related to an entity by doing the following:

  1. Go to Entities and click on the entity’s Legal Name link to view the desired entity record.
  2. Click Add on the People tab below the entity summary information, or click on an existing name.
  3. You may setup email alerts for the record by clicking the Send Alert? checkbox and selecting the desired alert email timing, frequency, recipients, and message.
  4. Click Submit to create or edit the record.
