Contract Management

Alert emails are sent based on user selections made when adding or editing contract, document, or requirement records. Editor or Reader users may also view alerts in Lextree at Dashboards > My Alerts (or on the Alerts tab of any contract record).

• Calendar View: On the Calendar tab, you may click on any alert to view more details and you can scroll through calendar months using the arrow buttons at the upper left of the calendar. You may also use the download events to download an ICS file.
• Alerts List View: On the Alerts tab, you may view upcoming or previous alerts. You may search for records via the search bar or using the Add Filters option. Click on the Summary link to view more details for any alert.
