Custom contract and document types

Lextree comes standard with a number of contract types, but it is easy to change and expand the available types of contracts and documents.

Custom folders and fields

You can also create custom collections of documents such as agreements, amendments, schedules, SOWs, and more. You can also create unlimited custom fields. Custom fields are added automatically to the contract repository, contract record, and reports.

Custom access controls

In addition to customizing the application for your users, Lextree allows for custom security groups to control access to contracts. You can group contracts and users by any vector that makes sense to you: contract type, business unit, geography, rank, or otherwise.
