How we share information

Berkman Solutions uses third party providers to deliver the Site and Services to Clients, Users, Recipients, and Visitors. Each third party provider has represented that the services it provides to us comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for citizens of the European Union, EU-U.S. or Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks (“Privacy Shield”), and/or United States privacy laws.

How we protect your information

For both security and privacy purposes, your Berkman Solutions account is password protected.
