Add Survey Document


To add a document to the survey, navigate to the survey details page. Under Document Title, select the add document link. This will bring you to the Add Document form.
Add Document Link
On the Add Document form, Lextree will ask for some data about the document.
  • Document title
    A short title for the document
  • Document type
    A customizable drop down. See Admin > Document Types for the source of this list.
  • Document date
    Any date associated with the document that you want to track.
  • Upload or Link?
    You can upload a copy of the document to Lextree or you can add any link to a document with a URL address.
  • Document note
    Comments about the document.
